The Dean’s list
The dean’s list is an American hip hop band from Boston, Massachusetts. This trio band is composed of: Sonny shotz, dj Mendoza and Mik beats.
A recent hip hop band where Sonny shotz shows his rap skills and his talent as a song- writer. The association with the producer Dj Mendoza and the engineer mixer Mik beat give a wide variety of music.
In their mixtape “undeclared” we can hear the musical influence of the group we can listen to some violin, some piano and even to some house music. They use all kind of instrumental, and the talented Sonny shotz raps with incredible and amazing rhymes.
It’s a different kind of rap, because the instrumental is different than the ones rappers usually use. This band is similar to Chiddy Bang, Kid Cudi and even Lil Wayne.
